Integration Overview
In addition to our core CRM platform we offer a
collection of interoperable components - Business
Objects (BO) - that are reusable in diverse contexts and
fulfill stringent requirements for availability,
performance, robustness and scalability.
We offer a collection of interoperable Internet based
BOs capable of operating under extreme industrial
environments. The BOs are particularly suited to
tracking industrial processes that require a high degree
of automation and must integrate with heterogeneous
systems such as Billing, ERP and CRM applications.

With the component based architecture using the J2EE
framework, that is platform neutral, over 90% of the
